Air-condition
​
All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Therefore, a cool house can be enjoyed even when it is hot outside, and a comfortable night’s sleep is assured.

Baby cribs & high chair
​
A cot and high chair are available in the villa. There is no additional charge.
​
Barbecue
​
For environmental reasons, the local authorities prohibit the making of fires for any purpose. Hence, no charcoal barbecue is provided. Instead, a large electric grill is supplied so cooking outdoors can still be enjoyed.

Cancellation
​
In case of any cancellation, the 25% deposit will not be refunded. Up to 8 weeks prior to the arrival date, the booking can be cancelled with no further penalty. Between 8 and 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, 50% of the rental fee is payable on cancellation. If the booking is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, no refund will be given.

Check-in
​
On the day of arrival, check-in is between 17:00 and 18:00. Guests, who arrive earlier, are welcome to park on the premises and collect the villa keys. Access to the accommodation, however, will only be from 17.00 onwards.

Cleaning on departure
​
At the end of the stay the villa will be cleaned. This is included in the rental fee. There is no additional charge for cleaning on departure.
​
Extra beds
​
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. It is not possible to add additional beds.
Internet (WLAN)
​
The villa has high speed internet access (WLAN). The use of the internet is included in the rental fee.
​
Linen & towels
​
All beds are made up with fresh linen and clean towels are provided in the bathrooms. Towels for the pool are also provided.
​
Minimum stay
​
The villa is available for weekly rent. Arrival is normally on a Saturday. Alternative arrival days and stay durations are possible on request.
​
Payment
​
A 25% down payment is due, via bank transfer, on confirmation of the reservation. The balance of the rental is due no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival and is also payable by bank transfer. In addition a refundable deposit of 500 € is required at the same moment.
​
Pets
​
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. This will be checked upon arrival.
​
Pool
​
The pool is heated and available from May to October. Towels for the pool are provided.
​
Table tennis & outdoor games
​
Table tennis and outdoor games are available in the villa.
​
Travel insurance
​
To ensure that you are covered for any financial losses incurred in the event of cancellation, for example, due to illness, accident or unemployment, we recommend taking out travel insurance.
​
Washing machine
​
The villa has a washing machine and a tumble dryer which can be used free of charge.
