Rates plus taxe de séjour: 4,40 € per adult per night.

Rates are quoted per night up to maximum occupancy. Rates include cleaning on departure, linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, parking and internet.
You always reserve the exclusivity of the villa. If you book the main unit only, the ground floor apartment will remain closed. In summer, only the entire villa can be booked.

Minimum stay one week (7 nights)

Weekly reservations from Saturday to Saturday, other rental periods and arrival days upon request

Arrival from 17:00 onwards, departure before 10:00

The final payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date

Refundable security deposit: 500 €
Cancellation
In case of cancellation the 25% deposit will not be refunded. Up to 8 weeks prior to the arrival date the booking can be cancelled with no additional costs. Between 8 and 4 weeks, prior to the arrival date, 50% of the rental fee is payable on cancellation. If the stay is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival there will be no refunds given.

To ensure that you are covered for any financial losses incurred in the event of cancellation, for example, due to illness, accident or unemployment, we recommend taking out travel insurance.
